Overview

Everest view trek 9 days is short trekking in Everest. This trekking is also popular as Everest sunrise trek or Everest panorama trek as well. Dedicated to those wishing to see Mount Everest but cannot hike up to Everest Base Camp due to the time constraints. Starts with a scenic flight to Lukla airport. It then goes through the beautiful villages of Phakding, Namche Bazar-the Sherpa capital, Phungi Thanga and to Tengboche.

The famous Everest short trek also include visiting of popular Everest view point at Syanboche. Tengboche Monastery; the biggest and the most beautiful in Everest is another attraction of the trekking. Explore the famous village of Namche Bazar-which is also popular as “The Sherpa Capital”. Or the homage of famous mountaineers. Along the way, you can also explore the different floras and faunas of Everest region.

The Everest panorama trekking is a tea house type trekking. There are well set local lodges with good facilities of food, accommodation, WIFI and electricity. The best seasons for Everest view trek are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to October). Trekking in Everest in Monsoon (June to August) is not recommended due to the bad weather conditions. But trekking to Everest view can be done in winter (December to February).  

Trip Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu International airport, one of our representatives will welcome you to Nepal's traditional style. You will be then transferred to the pre-arranged hotel in Thamel. In the free time, you can either take a rest or can walk around the Thamel market.

With an early morning flight, you will be landing at Lukla airport- considerably worlds’ one of the most exciting airports located at the cliff. At Lukla, you will be meeting your rest trekking crews. Then the journey to Phakding begins. Go through the small village of Cheplung, see some of the finely carved stone with the Tibetan script written on it. The supreme view of Mount Khumbia- the sacred and the virgin mountain looks stunning along the way. Cross a suspension bridge just before reaching Phakding. Phakding is a small village situated on the lap of the Himalayas.

The route from Phakding to Namche Bazar first goes through the pine forest. After some time, trek you will cross the suspension bridge of Dudh Koshi River. You will then get to Monjo- the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. The route then becomes steep onwards to Namche. On a clear day, you can get the first sight of Mount Everest just before reaching Namche Bazar.

Namche Bazar is the business hub at Everest. You can buy the trek necessities at Namche Bazar, just in case if you have forgotten anything in Kathmandu.
